A Vtuber Built on Community, Not Virality. I’m a music artist, VTuber, and radio-style host — and more importantly, I act as a voice and gathering point for a community I call Cyber City Underground. My work lives at the intersection of music, conversation, and community: original songs, live radio-style streams, and spaces built around listening, dialogue, and shared humanity.

A core part of what I do is creating places where people can slow down, talk honestly, and feel connected — not optimized, not farmed, not reduced to engagement metrics. Through my music and my live conversations, I’ve heard the same sentiment echoed again and again: the current internet feels fragmented, hostile, and engineered to divide.

That’s why seeing UpTrust launch genuinely means a lot to me.

A platform that puts trust, dialogue, and human connection at the center aligns deeply with the values I’ve been building toward — resisting algorithm-driven outrage and instead amplifying voices, nuance, and real conversation. This feels like the kind of space where creators and communities can show up as people, not products.

I’m here because I believe in a better internet — one where trust matters more than virality, and where communities are built through intention rather than manipulation. I’m excited to be part of this early wave and to contribute however makes sense as things grow.

Glad to be here — and hopeful for what this can become.

I actually agree with you on the core idea that we are music — that music is born from human tension, emotion, breath, and lived experience. That part really resonates with me. Where I see it a little differently is in how tools and instruments fit into that relationship....

It is thought, not necessarily by me in the same way, that we are music.  The 'tension chqrge' singular life paradigm is demonstrated by music (from people, not machines) is what comprises the finest symphonies and the simplest 'point-counterpoint' duets....

I recently had a conversation with an AI about microtonal music. In case you're wondering what that is, the normal western stuff is a scale separated by 12 tones between octaves....

It's too intimidating for men to be men. Alright, here’s one of my most controversial opinions, and I’m gonna try to take the filter off as much as possible:

Feminism has played out as retribution instead of solution. The Barbie movie is an entirely thorough example of what I’m talking about. You suppressed us, so we’re gonna use any means necessary to take over. And then they recreated the same imbalance in its opposite.

I see most social movements do this too. True solutions to imbalances aren’t fair because they don’t have human-enacted payback. You suppressed us, so we’re going to move toward balance.

I’ve been spending about 2 years trying to set aside my learned default into my masculine energy (having grown up in highly feminist orange/green) and learn how to root in my feminine. But my feminine longs for a tether to something rooted. Masculine energy feels rooted, solid, grounded, and my feminine very much doesn’t (though it is held by a spacious ok-ness, but it’s so airy it easily gets chaotic when not balanced in connection with a grounded masculine.)

But I’ve had a hell of a time finding grounded healthy masculine men. Many of them can do it for a time, but then flee to an extreme, like angry resentment at one end and non-binary softness at the other end. And I think it’s because the culture has become super aggressive to men who are solidly men.

as a sidenote, I’m grateful for you bringing up "projective harmonization" again as I think it’s a really helpful concept that I’m now remembering I want to write about; and this description is really straightforward!...

Patience, aka fractal Forming Storming Norming Performing. Yesterday I was in a circle where someone said something like, Okay, I’m learning that what I shared (10 minutes ago or something) created more distance and division in the group, and that’s not what I want. I could totally see where they were coming from, with the immediate reactions they got. Meanwhile, looking around, it really looked to me like we were much closer as a group than we’d been before that share and the resulting reactions and etc. It reminded me that sometimes it takes patience to see the impacts we’re having on each other, and if we judge too quickly (as I know I’ve done countless times in my life), we’ll miss out on the beauty we help create when we bring truth and love.

Forming Storming Norming Performing–it’s kinda happening a little bit all the time fractally or something. I imagine there’s a better description of it than that, but that’s one way of pointing to what I mean.
